I keep my gear in a mesh duffle bag and after rinsing it in the dunk tank after a dive I will take the gear with me and pretty much shower with it in the hotel bathroom lol. I can make sure I wash the salt off though! Then I hang up my BC so it can air dry. Also I always rent tanks and weights so those I don't have to worry about.

I rinse everything, everyday, and make sure to wash out my BC with fresh water. Then after the last dive, I'll wash everything in the shower with body wash and a washcloth. I'll let everything dry on the deck (wetsuit inside out), and  it's ready to pack by the next morning.

I always rinse in the dunk tank provided and then wash my BCD and Regs in the tub at the hotel.
