What kind of handle or attachment do you use for a GoPro underwater?

My question is really for Snorkeling but I don't see that category available.

We have a short handle that the housing can be attached to. It is short enough to not get in the way and has a strap to attach to a BCD.

I have a wrist mount which I have used diving and it works well, as mentioned a small handle with a lanyard of course.

I use the little black mount that comes with the housing if I'm planning to hold it, and also have a piece of PVC pipe (about 3 feet long) with a gopro attachment point if I want a selfie stick or to poke it under rocks

I made one out of PVC. took a 3/4" 2 ft long PVC, put end caps on the PVC, used the handle bar mount for the GoPro. Wrapped part of the PVC pipe with electrical tape for grip and painted the rest for fun. It works great, i use it for SCUBA, snorkel, and even stuff on land.

I use the Go Pro pole.  It is short, about 12 inches and extends to about 36 inches (estimating those sizes).  I like this when snorkeling reefs or on dives as you can get the camera in to tight spaces with out putting your hand at risk (sea urchins, eels, etc...).  Plus the wrist strap secures the camera from losing it.

We have an orange floating handle on ours. Makes for interesting video when my wife released the handle to check her air and did not have the strap secured. The handle floated up so the gopro was upside down as it made its way to the surface. Kinda cool tho.
