To be Honest I would love to see a shark, just because they scare me and I want to face my fears!

Sharks are my favorite animal so i'm always happy seeing sharks. I've seen white tip reef sharks in hawaii and lemon sharks off Florida so far.

Giant Manta Rays are on my bucket list. I would also love to see the Hammerhead migration. Hundreds of Hammers in one place at the same time.

Oooo, very much agree, seeing the hammerhead migration would be epic. I also hear there is a lemon shark migration (not quite as schooled as hammerheads) but could be neat to see as well.

Sea Turtles are great. If you ever get to go to Hawaii, you'll see lots!

Check out the eagle rays in Cozumel from November - late Feb. eagle ray alley is a don't miss. Cozumel is pretty laid back and not super expensive. There are many excellent dive companies also. Try pro dive for a big group, or scubaplanetcozumel for a more intimate experience. Ask for Hernan, he is an outstanding dive master!

Splendid toadfish are always elusive, I have gotten a few peaks, but never seen one up close and personal, what's the trick to getting them out of their holes?

Giant Manta or Whale Shark, like the other responder. I've been with a ton of various sharks, a grey whale, plenty of turtles.
