Why is Nose Pinching a Bad Idea?

Why is that a bad Thing. If you can make it work. During your mask removal.... Isnt that okay??? So you dont get Water up your nose

I dont understand your question. Are you refering to equalizing your ears?

No, you dont pinch your nose when clearing your mask. This is just plain silly, apearantly you dont dive.

Yes i do. But I dont like the mask removal exersice. I get Water up My nose every time. You never heard about People having problems with this?????

If you are talking about underwater removal, just slowly blow air out of your nose while removed. Been a while since I've dove but that was how I remember handling it.
