Do you cover your boat on lift at coast or not?

I have bow and cockpit covers but feel they won't prvide enough coverage and could blow off easily. I'm considering a custom full cover that can be tied down but I'm not sure it's the best way to go, looking for advice.

Yes, we cover, from end to end. The hurricane that just went through tore up the old cover, so we got new one from Walmart. Not that expensive, less then $80. We lower the boat and let the cover go under the straps. When we lift it it's held tight. Our little boat is 21 feet long bow rider.
