How do you keep in shape for diving?

anything to keep your core strong and in shape. I like crunches and leg lifts. I also do laps in the pool with fins mask and snorkel. Very relaxing and you get to practice all of your swimming techniques while you tone your body, Also improves air consumption.

swimming lanes at the local pool facility. and then i actually started using yoga to get stronger, focus on my breathing

Bike for cardio & leg strength.

Kayak for core & arms.

YMCA - a cool computerized stationary bike for legs and cardio plus weights. Also swim laps in Y's pool. Put in the work and it pays off, big time! Good luck.
