That really depends on the area of the country and what you want to specialize in. The Northeast has University of Massachusetts, Rhode Island. The University of Delaware and Rutgers had good programs as does the University of Virginia, UNC and Duke in North Carolina, Georgia and several in Florida including Florida Tech. I went to Texas A&M in their Wildlife and Fisheries program, but they also have a great Marine Science program with a campus in Galveston as mentioned by CVET. I would think that the California schools would have good programs, as does the University of Washington. There also are many smaller colleges that have strong Marine Science programs, such as Stockton University in New Jersey, where I got my Bachelor's degree.
