South Brunswick High School in North Carolina has a very good aquaculture program that raises flounder to stock into local waters. They are affiliated with Brunswick Community College.

I saw an article n the local paper a couple of years ago. I will look it up on their website (if they have one) and on the community college site. i'm sure there is a contact.

Barry Bey is the teacher's name. I am not sure after searching whether the program is still active. I guess contacting the school would be best at this point.
