No but PADI has a similar program for kids starting at 8 years old called Bubble Makers. It gives them the opportunity to experience diving prior to age 10 when they can get a Junior Open Water Cert.

PADI also offers Seal Team for youth ages 8 to 12. Bubblemakers is similar to a Discover Scuba experience, while the Seal Team gives a much broader intro to diving.

While not a certification course, Seal Team provides an expanded experience for young divers to experience the underwater world in a pool environment. You will find Seal Team offered in many areas as a fun summer camp option.

It's an SSI program for kids. Every student I've had that had been a SCUBA Ranger have turned out to be good divers and very smart
