Large Tiger 230 feet down, miles off of Hatteras, on the U.S. Monitor (with Cousteau). Strong current too. Scary deep dive.

Roatan shark experience was amazing. You were briefed on the way to the site, and you got an opportunity to watch the sharks feed for a moment.

I guess my favorite was an unexpected one. My wife and I were going through a swim thru in the Keys and a nice big Reef Shark came in from the opposite direction. He paid us no mind and swam right by us. Made for a few cool pictures.

Favorite shark encounter was my first dive with sharks. Nassau Bahamas- Dove the arena where Stuart Cove feeds. While my dive wasn’t a shark feed, the engine cutting off was like a diner bell and around 15 of the regulars stopped by to see if lunch was going to be served.

It was amazing seeing so many sharks at one time. Descending through them was exhilarating, but it was quickly clear that they weren’t interested in me at all - far from the “man eaters” that Hollywood portrays.

I have had the pleasure of diving with sharks on several occasions since, but that first experience continues to stand out as my favorite.

Marcos place in Roatan is amazing. The owner is an ex lawyer, who has Spent years cultivating the experience. He doesn’t do shady stuff, and is really informative. You will not be disappointed...
