I catch and release everything, so eating quality doesn't factor for me. I enjoy the challenge of chasing Bonefish, and the brutal battle when catching Giant Trevally. Ultimately though, I'm always setting myself new species to knock off my bucket list or a new way of catching a species, so my favorite fish to target is whatever is next on my list! I've also found that carefully selecting the appropriate tackle for the fish you are targeting, always ensures that you are getting maximum sport from that fish.
