Was cleaning My gear. And recently got spring straps. As I was looking at them. Im now wondering. Do you just leave Them on.... Locked in a bow. Or do you release Them from the locks? Or dosnt it Change anything?

Good question, a good rinse is always good.  On removal haven't considered it, but it couldn't hurt.

Leave them in place. Just give them a good rinse after diving.

If you bought good spring straps there should be no problem with leaving them along. As a cave diver Ive had them for years. No rust or problem.

I havent uncoupled mine since I put them on. Ive been using them for about 2 years and have seen no rust even using in salt water. Just rinse them with your other gear, they'll be fine

Springs are nice just clean them well as you do all of your equipment.
