Have you ever had a regulator free flow during a dive?

Yes, it was a little stressful. My octo was pointing upward as I entered the water. It came off of my bc and stuck behind my tank. I had to have my buddy untangle it at the surface. It was a little stressful and I lost about 300 psi.. note to self, inspect my octo before entering the water

I havent but I keep my octo adjusteted so that it harder to breath. Change it when it needs to be used.

My octo, yes. It was not good. - I was not deep, only 30' but I'd just re-entered the water after experiencing a defective (empty) tank.

Only the Octo when I first jump in. By grabbing it and flipping it over it stops.
