While diving in Grand Cayman my high pressure hose had leaks in several places. I keep diving but my wife keep an eye on me. I just got a regular to repair with bumps all over one of the low pressure hoses. Time to replace.

Do you inspect them on a regular basis? This should be caught by the tech that services your gear once a year or two. This is why I dont use hose protectors, People dont always pull them back to inspect the end at the connection.
