Does anyone dive with spare air?

I have seen the product before and was wondering if anyone here used one.

It's good self-rescue tool to keep in your car in case you drive off a bridge.  For scuba self-rescue not so much.

I have tried one. I dont carry one. You will get less than 10 minutes of air with it. Its bulky to carry. If you manage your gas you shouldn't need it but to each his own.

If you like gadgets and gear, get one. Otherwise not needed unless you dive alone since you should always be near your dive buddy.
