Do a lot of people do fresh water diving?

I teach Scuba and take all of my students to fresh water springs in Florida for their cert dives. I guess about half of my dives are in fresh water.

I teach scuba in VA.  Nearly every shop takes their students to Lake Phoenix.  Even though I live in Virginia Beach, the ocean diving here is not too interesting.

Yes, lots of really great wreck diving in upper Michigan.
