I wash it good with fresh water to get all of the salt and sand off. I also wash the inside if the bladder. Drain it the best I can and manually inflate with a little air. When I get home I wash it with Trident equipment wash along with all the rest of my gear, Add a little air to the BCD and put it on a hanger and put it on a hook in my pool house to dry. My little pool house is more of a Dive Gear storage room since there are 3 divers in the family. i am a Divemaster so I dive somewhere every other weekend doing checkout dives with an instructor so my stuff never really gets dry lol.

Good technique, glad your taking care of your BCD. Don't forget to pull your house protectors back during the washing and drying.

I stopped using Hose protectors and Tank boots a few years back. They are more trouble than they are worth. People forget to look under them. I am a Divemaster and help teach confined water dives in a salt water pool. We had some tanks with boots that had to be condemed because the boots never came off and bottoms of tanks cleaned.

I rinse my BC with fresh water, in and out after every dive. After the last dive, I inflate it and throw it in the shower. I wipe it down with a washcloth and body wash. Inflate it completely and let it dry on the deck.
