What is on the menu the night before the big dive day?

Good amount of protein (usually fish if I'm on an island), some carbs, greens and lots of water.  No alcohol at all, and not much coffee or dessert either.

LOL. On Calypso, when I was a diver for Cousteau (richardehyman.com) we'd have meat (too much meat), potato and lots of wine!

Steak, Baked Potato with sour cream, salad and a Crown and water. May be another for desert.

Protein, not too much alcohol, but lots of water. Steak and shrimp, maybe a potatoe. If I'm out of the country I'll skip the salad, bread.
