Have you ever been hit by sea lice while diving?

At one time they though sea lice were jellyfish that had cut up by propellers.

I do remember getting very itchy on one dive, i can only assume it was sea lice - the conditions were very silty and the vis very low, i'm not sure if that had something to do with it. during the surface interval i rinsed off with fresh water on the boat and stuck the hose down the back of my wet suit to flush out any thing on the inside, the second dive, I wasn't that itchy, but we were also in a less silty area

I had been in Alabama at Gulf Shores and if you weren't floating on a raft you were going to get . In my case I've had them get trap under a dive watch that I didn't take off when I showered. Itch like crazy for days.

No and No thank you! is this more prone to warmer water or the gulf? What are treatments ?
