Well it usually depends on the time of day, but I usually just do an auto setting, but you want to make sure you have a nice big flash attached to you camera, because Reds will disappear at 15 ft, Orange at 25ft, yellow at 35-45ft and green at 70-75 ft. I have seen many pictures where it just looks like blue masses moving around, so the best thing you can do is buy a strong Flash. I hope that helps!
