Vinegar /water mixture works well also Meguires #47 hard water spot remover works good, but it can get expensive.

If you are specifically talking about mildew, Marine 31 works fantastic! Literally disappears before your eyes. My family has a pontoon from 2000 and we bought this Marine 31 and it makes it look brand new. You can also buy it on Amazon. Highly recommend

My favorite cleaners include

SeaPower cleaner wax

Biobore

Davis Fiberglass stain remover gel

If the waterspots are on tempered glass, ammonia can be tried. From there work up to BonAmi cleanser, Barkeepers Friend (has oxalis acid).

Always flush with lots of water and keep things waxed.
