When I use a weight belt, not often, I use the pocket type with bag (shot) weights. A lot more comfortable than hard weights

I will never use a weight belt again if I have any choice free diving aside of course. Much to be said for weight integrated.

The new systems are SOOO ch easier than weight belts. No worries about shifting the belt or losing the weights, etc. however, as long as I am diving, I don't care what I have to use for weight!

I never had much problem with a weight belt with a wet suit. But when I starting diving a dry suit I hated the weight belt it always slip down and bother me the entire dive. When I went to a weight integrated BCD problem gone. Love the Zeagle BCDs, I have two a wicked and a 911.
