When, if ever, will the effects of the Deepwater Horizon disaster disappear?

Probably never. I have a good friend living on the Louisiana coast and oil still shows up on beaches and there are signs of mutations showing up.

That is the horrible fact about this disaster. People around the country need to see this so offshore oil can be blocked.
