At home. Should it hang. Or can you store it in your Regulator bag. Or isnt it good to keep it coiled up. Or is there Any other better  way.

When I am done diving and clean my gear, I make sure my dust cap is on and then soak my reg setup in clean, warm water.  I then hang the set up to drain.  Once dry, I coil it up and place it in a hard. plastic container, by itself so it is protected. This seems to work.  When I have my setup serviced, it is fairly clean when the tech goes through it.

Good question, things have changed some what. Manufacturers have stepped away from soaking regulators. What we are doing now. Taking the reg. Pulling the hose protectors back and placing in water with something like simple green. Shake  it around and several times shake the second stages. After you feel you have the reg. Washed place it back on a tank of air and purge the seconds several times until you feel the water is out. Hang it to dry in the shade. When the reg. Is dry move it into a cool place inside your home. We hang out regs to keep from getting a set in the hoses. The manufacturers are going to harder seats and a better grade of stain stainless steel. To give you more dives and a longer time between services. Hope this helps. Dive safe and have fun.
