Is there a great website or app for fish size and bag limits for all states?

I'd love a constantly up to date site I can check on my phone when traveling for fishing.

Fishidy is the best app that I've discovered so far. The problem with any "social" fishing app is having to rely on other users to post info about certain areas.

I have yet to discover an app with each state's size and bag limits. The state conservation websites usually have all the information you need, but it isn't as easy to access as an app.
