What is a good sunshirt that is NOT polyester? (Can't wear poly)

Great question.  The Coolibar Company sells awesome protective shirts and the company is celebrated by the Skin Cancer Foundation for their products. I love the super soft feel of their bamboo fabric.

You can buy white cotton long sleeve fishing shirts almost anywhere. They do get kind of hot though.

Columbia makes a fishing button down spg . That breathes in the back and very comfortable

I have had good luck with Ex Officio with vented sleeves, vented back an de vented sides it's definitely the coolest of cotton shirts.  All the vents are held open by Velcro so they really do breathe. The sleeves roll up and are held by Velcro which is nice when you're casting a lot.  These shirts are button down and have extra large collars which protect your ne k from being burned.  Good luck!
