If you own a big boat that stays in the water how often do you have the bottom cleaned?

My boat is due for a bottoming time to get my SCUBA gear on.

Well, here in the northeast really only once, when i take it out of the water for the winter. Although we'll do touch-ups throughout the summer by diving underneath.
