What do you guys or gals do in the off season?

What do you guys or gals do doing the off season? Do you keep diving or do you hang it up till next season? I usually hang it up and get any maintenance done during the off season.

I dive in My wetsuite til the water is 10 celsius. Then i just have  to wait... And wait.... And wait til its back up to 10 :(

After diving in Monterey bay for three years in 7mm in was time to go to a drysuit. At that time ScubaPro was selling drysuits. After my wife saw how comfortable I was in cold water she bought one for women that ScubaPro was selling. After moving back to Texas we didn't need as much protection so we found DUI was making with one with zip seals. So we bought their 30/30. It a really nice suit. So we don't have a down season.

There is an off season?  I travel for much of my diving so there is never an off season for me.  There is always somewhere the water is warm and inviting! :-)

Here in CT, particularly this winter, too much ice in the Sound so I swim at the Y, lift weights, work on cardio and strength. Also very involved with students, mentoring on marine science.

I'm usually doing pool sessions for peeps traveling to dive trips on vacation  They'll finish their open water when they get wherever.
