What Aquatic wildlife is safe to touch while diving?

Well when getting certified, you are told not to touch the Wildlife, this is because some can be dangerous or very fragile. I would recommend buying some books and studying up on harmful wildlife and go from there, usually divers cause more harm touching the wildlife.

None. While most plants and animals won't hurt you, you can easily injure or kill them by handling them. The only time it is OK to handle wildlife is if you are with a certified guide, or have a permit to study it.

Don't touch the marine life!  You are an observer. And you are visiting their home. Leave the marine life alone and enjoy it with out touching.

Depends on where you dive or swim.  You need to really be familiar with the sea life to avoid getting hurt or stressing the sea life.  Shellfish in some parts of the world can be harmless to touch while others species can be fatal when handled.
