Need a good compass set up for my rig, any suggestions, as my watch compass doesn’t work well

With compasses, I'm old school.  No digital, battery powered here.  I really like my Suunto SK-8 with a bungee wrist attachment.  It is easy to read/see, even at night.  The bungee make it "a snap" to adjust to my skin or any thickness of wetsuit.

Mine is a standard liquid filled compass mounted in my computer console. Works great for me and the batteries never run down.

If your gauge consule has an open port, check with your LDS for compass options your console offers.

I use the one made by AquaLung. It’s a nice, liquid filled, analog compass with a variety of mounting options. It’s available in wrist mount, bungee mount, hose mount, or drop-in for consoles. I have it mounted on the backside of my console.

The ones I've seen that I like the best is one sold by Aries and now Aqua Lung. When you move the computer in front of you it's read from left to right and at the top is the compass. So when you look at the computer you get a glance at the compass at the same time. I liked it so well I now have four.
