As with any piece of dive equipment, inspection is important. There are gaskets and various sealing systems that need maintenance. At a minimum, bring it to the shop the first year so the dive shop techs can take you through what they look for.

Those i know Who has one dosnt. The just keep an eye out. And test it. If it Stort dripping some where i side. They go up. And these are some old experienced scuba divers

What I do is look at the seals if their bad replace them and keep them out of the heat. Most valves are not a problem unless you didn't clean the suit before putting it away.
