First and foremost follow your dive tables.  Even if you have a computer.  Second are you diving Nitrox or Oxygen.  With Nitrox you can get 4 in a day, most people will get tired on Oxygen after 3 no matter what your dive table says.

All depends on depths, times and surface intervals. You can dive as many dives in a day that your dive tables allow.

Plan your dives and dive your plan. If you have gotten rusty on your tables, there are some great Youtube videos available to refresh your knowledge. Your computer will let you know when you have dove enough for the day. Dont exceed your No Deco Limit. Be safe and conservative. 5 in one day is about my max. 2 in the am, 2 in the pm and 1 night and I'm done.

When we lived in California and were diving off a live aboard we were doing five dives a day. Started diving with a seven mil and got tired of being cold. I've now own three drysuits and love DUI.
