As a kid all I could afford to do was  Dives from the shore. So my contribution would only be from that perspective. Having said that there are a ton of beautiful little coral outcroppings that run along the coast. Oakland Park Boulevard right off the public beach area is one of them. There are two sets of reefs. One in about 20 yards Out. And the second, my favorite is about 60 yards out. It’s a little bit of a swim but well worth it. The reef runs north and south for about 200 yards. Tons of fish still some beautiful sea fans and  pretty coral. Worth the trip

Has to be in the keys, most anywhere. One cool simple spot is Pigeon Key (shallow but I have good memories of diving there in college). Also Sombrero Reef off Marathon is very nice.

If you want to see big animals then the West Palm Jupiter area can’t be beat. If you want an amazing macro dive then the Blue Heron Bridge is fantastic.

Jupiter FL is a great place to dive, especially if you like drift diving.
