Me and my buddy were diving a wreck and all of a sudden my secondary started to just spit air out at a pretty rapid rate. I just stayed calm and got my buddies attention and got on his secondary and we surfaced just fine. It was scary to see the needle drop, but just got to really asses the situation and get out safe and sound. It ended up the when I got it repaired they forgot to put a part back into place and apparently it just failed when it was under pressure.
