Should you take your time when diving with others to a divesite?

When going Down a anker libe/ chain to a divesite. And several divers Are going Down at once. Should you follow the flow or take your own time if you need to.....?

By all means, take your time. Everyone's ears react differently. Equalize early and often every few feet.
