I need a light for my go pro, can anyone suggest something that fits, I have a small tray that attaches to it.

I use a Sola light, it has a ball mount and easily fits on my GoPro tray.

I use a Suptig for mine.  It has 2 brightness settings plus a strobe.  About $25 off Amazon.
