You only have a few hours to fish in the day after work, you don't have a reliable spot, is it worth going still?

95% of the time I actually get skunked, so I wonder if it is still worth going on those days after work. (On-shore, using artificial baits, saltwater flats)

I love to fish, so I would say yes it is worth it, you get to enjoy the fresh air and who knows you may get a big one and make it that much better. Thats why they call it fishing not catching.

Always!! You can always learn something from every trip, no matter how short. Make observations on conditions at certain tides, baitfish present, etc...all to be used for the next time you go.
