I have pressure sensitive ears and I dive without problems.  The key is clearing your ears.  If you cannot clear, then you cannot dive.  Most divers use the time-tested and reliable method of pinching your nose a blowing.  Experienced divers learn other methods like jaw stretching.  Whatever method you use, you must clear and clear often.

Clear on the surface before your head goes under.  Clear every few feet as you descend.  If you’ve gone too far down and you can’t clear, then just go up a few feet and clear.  Then continue your decent.

If you can clear on the surface, you can be clear at 120 feet.  Just clear often and enjoy the dive.
