A solid 1.0-1.5 mm Neoprene "sock" can really help you with blisters but ultimately the issue is your fin fit. I have an irregular foot size that tends to be in between typical foot pocket sizes and I find using "Fin keepers/Fin savers" can really help. They can make a loose fit go to a snug fit.

Invest in a good pair of booties, and use properly fitted quality fins.

You should try out several different brands and types of fins to see what works best for your feet.  My local dive shop will let you try out gear before you buy it.  Now, you may not be able to swim around their pool enough to know whether they will actually give you blisters after a full day of diving, but at least you will know whether they are uncomfortable on your feet after a few minutes in the water.   For me personally, I always get blisters with the full foot fins, so I have converted to wearing neoprene booties and adjustable strap fins.  Since I have converted, I have not gotten any blisters on my feet.

I bought these booties that are neoprene. I use them with fins for comfort and warmth. try those.

I always wear boots with my fins and I have never had blisters on my feet. My fins are open heeled. Sounds like you might need to get some.

Booties will solve the blister problem every time and worth it.

Wear neoprene booties or skin type socks . I wear socks and regular dive boots. Never had a blister.
