What's the worst thing you have ever seen inside a scuba regulator?

Haven't really found anything too bad. Just sand in the 2nd stage, worn o-rings, some slight corrosion. All easy to clean or replace

As a repair tech I have found barf, roaches, spiders and missing parts.

A shredded o-ring in my first stage. Rendered the reg unusable and ruined my birthday dive!
