Can you provide more info?
What do you want to do? How long do you want to stay? What activities do you want to do? How old is the user? How many boaters?
If you want to do a pub crawl for an afternoon, that's a lot different than anchoring overnight and cooking out or using the boat as a dive platform.

It had to be a zodiac, easy to get in and out of while on a dive trip. We had nine divers in our 12 foot zodiac.

I'm a Boston Whaler fan. Bought a 13' one as a kid. My first boat. - Sort of depends on what you intent to use it for. We fished, skied, dove, camped.
