I think its Pez Gallo, but most people just call it Gallo

Correct, Pez Gallo..........Pez = fish & Gallo = rooster. Nicely done. Never heard it called just Gallo, always Pez Gallo. Caught all of mine on fly rod on Sea of Cortez. Fast, tough, great fight and my favorite fish. Have tat on leg, bone carving by Louie the Fish, and art work by Alan James Robinson........obsessed maybe :).
