How do you deal with Buoy and Diving Marker Issues?

We were diving yesterday. And pretty much All of us got intangeled in the buoy string. How to avoid that? . Tips and tricks

I use a finger spool with my SMB. Allow the person deploying the buoy some extra room then get on the line when the buoy is at the surface and the line is taught. Best tip I know of is to practice in the deep end of a pool. make sure you dont add too much air to begin with, remember its going to expand 2 times for each ATA.
