What is the most dangerous part of the dive into a cave system?

Just went to the cenotes in Mexico a great cave dive, highly recommend it.

I am a technical cave diver certified in Gennie Springs in Florida. In the 60s I  dove the Florida caves with a double hose regulator. Then moved to Texas where I stopped diving, then moved to California started diving again. Back to Texas, only this time I kept diving going  back to Florida cave diving. I think the possibility of silting out, deep in a cave would really get your attention.

When you get deep into a cave and you can hear your heart beating it does get your attention.
