I am starting a sup business and want to be environmentally sound and be able to teach my clients the importance of wildlife and marine preservation.
Any environmental education resources that can be suggested would be appreciated.

Not sure of any particular resources but should be easy enough to find. Looking at question title, I'd think top 3 concerns should be: 1.) Not polluting (leaving garbage at launch site nor while on the water). 2.) Not disturbing wildlife, e.g. nests, feeding shoreline birds, etc. 3.) Education, e.g. learning while on the water, identifying creatures seen.

I’d keep it simple for beginners. Encourage use of reusable water containers like thermos or Nalgene bottle, plastic wrappers and bags can be replaced w Tupperware or paper wrappers. Plastic water bottles and other trash can blow off board when empty or after falling off board. Have a small dry bag for food and garbage, maybe a larger one for clothes and electronics.  As a Buisness owner you can host a shore line clean up and offer free rentals to participants or provide lunch and drinks. Earth Day and Global Shore Line Clean Up day don’t have to be the only times. In 2 hrs a single person can remove a lot. Some board manufacturers are also making efforts to make more eco friendly boards. Neoprene alternates and recycling are also becoming more popular but they don’t fear the water directly as they wind up in land fills. The impact of garbage in the water affects each location in different ways, be sure to mention how it affects your location.
