What ocean pollution solutions are most successful?

What I think we should do is stop wasting money on trying to stop the drilling where it be off shore of inland. But help them to build a no leak drilling platform. We must get out of the middle East.

Wow, great question - great problem too. I guess it depends on what problems you are talking about. That would dictate the solution. Oil is one topic. Strict regulations will not completely resolve the risk but can help. Plastic is another. Huge issue with too many people around the world using the ocean as their sewer. I guess I could go on and on... Happy to address a specific issue? I think EDUCATION is one critical ingredient to solve most every problem. Then smart clean technical advancements and precautions would be helpful to mitigate risk and damages done.

I think your right, stop wasting money fighting something we need but join them and make them work smarter.

I would probably have to say organically, i.e. corn starch based products that degrade. People will not stop using disposables, and even though we as ocean lovers will continue to try to clean up, we need to fix the root cause.
