What is the best place to fish inshore?

Mine happens to be Costa Rica's pacific coast.  With so many species that prowl the beaches it's hard to beat.  I have caught sailfish, yellowfin and mahi mahi in the bays as well.

I'm a big fan of the Tampa Bay area, tons of inshore fishing and I usually target Red fish, Trout or Snook. the mangroves out here are awesome too. I recently got a kayak so i'm hoping to hit some new spots this summer!
