Well, I usually check all my gear to make sure everything is in order, I usually also make sure I have a good breakfast and drink plenty of water in the morning. I also bring a protein bar and gatorade on the boat just in case. The only other thing I like to do is go over my dive tables to make sure I know my Deco times. What do you do?

A light breakfast, with lots of water. Bonnie. Before the boat leaves the dock, I assemble my BC-REG, defog my mask, double check my FINS-BOOTIES. Drink more water on the way out. Make sure I have plenty of sunscreen on. Talk to my buddy, and check each other's gear (on the way, and just before entering the water).
