Does anyone have a dive watch computer, and if so what are your comments on them? Are they really worth the extra money?

I use an Oceanonic Proplus 2. it replaces my console and is on a high pressure hose. threrfore it shows actual pressure. i have trouble trusting wireless technology under water. maybe i'm just old school but would rather be safe than dead.

I have wondered the same, pretty costly and the thought of a signal failure or something. Guys I talked to swear by them, but I also have read reviews which are split. If I did have one I would always carry a back up just incase - but then whats the point?

I have always used a dive watch. The one I use can be down loaded and I use it as a back up for my computer.
