My favorite picture is of me holding a big jack. I went backwater fishing with my uncle last year and we went with a private guide. We went fishing for around 6 hours in Florida. We didn't end up catching a lot and we only caught fish in the last half of the trip. I casted my popper with a live mullet on it right into the mangroves and waited a little until an unbelievable force dragged my line out into the water away from the mangroves. He pulled a bunch of drag and I fought him for 10 minutes. I eventually got him in with a big battle and the captain estimated that he weighed 14 lbs. It was so memorable because it was the biggest fish I've caught and was the highlight of my day.

First sailfish. Off Juno around the 120 ledge with live bait; greenies I think. Awesome fight!

World record Mexican Barracuda.  Caught by my good friend Manuel Gomez in 2015 when he was 12.  He caught it on one of the rods I built so it was a win win for both of us. We were fishing around a dead sea turtle near shore when Manuel hooked the barracuda. The worst part was the sea turtle stunk so badly!
